Position quality任职要求：
1. Bachelor degree or above in Architecture
建筑学专业本科以上学历
2.More than five years relevant working experience, familiarity with the whole process of projects; has been responsible for the whole project before
五年以上相关工作经验，熟悉项目全过程，负责过项目全程的工作
3.Professionalism and responsibility; good communication skills and management ability, leadership and efficient team player
良好的职业精神和责任心、良好的沟通表达和管理能力，能够高效地领导设计团队
4.Sufficient technical knowledge care for detail, familiar with full scope of professional drawing standards, design specifications, have the ability to solve on-site problems
有扎实的技术知识并且能够敏锐地关注细节, 熟悉建筑专业制图标准、设计规范要求,
熟悉各类专业图纸，有解决现场问题的能力
5.Be responsible for contacting client and various government departments in the early stage of the project, communicating with various departments of the team, and participating in various meetings or on-site inspections.
负责项目前期与甲方、政府各部门接洽及团队各部门工作对接和沟通，并参与各类会议或现场考察等工作
6.Skillful use of related design and drawing software skil
熟练运用相关设计及绘图软件
7.Fluent in English, proficient in Revit, understanding of ESD are preferred
英语流利、Revit熟练、熟悉E.S.D.者优先
